Ware Lab Badge
You must obtain a Ware Lab Badge in order to do hands on work with the team.
Complete the steps listed HERE
Lab Hours
8 hours per week over a 9 week period. We take the best 7 weeks and average those hours.
At LEAST 50% of these hours most be completed in the lab working with team members.
Design - Analyze - Present
Design, Analyze, Present (DAP), is a 6 week project each recruit takes on during their time recruiting with VTMotorsports. This project is intended to help recruits understand the full design process for each part of our car.
